These are some health tips you can enjoy on the upcoming Los Cabos Dreamtrip.

A hotel room exercise: Chair Dips


Good for toning the triceps (muscle on back of the arms). Make sure the chair is sturdy enough to support your weight while in front of it. Once you are set in starting position (pic. 1), slowly bend the arms behind you until the elbows reach approximately 90 degrees (pic. 2), then push firmly into the chair lifting your body up and allowing your arms to straighten back into the starting position. Complete three sets of 10-12 reps.
